Led by Albert “Al '' Carrasco, Gunnery Sergeant, United States Marine Corps, Retired and a Federal Protective Security Officer. Possessing 22 years of military & combat tested leadership, Al also is a lifelong Mixed Martial Arts practitioner, with over 19 years of strength and conditioning, he also specializes in fitness for combat athletes, adding to any readiness protective arsenal. This Gunnery Sergeant’s combat experience and 18 years of Firearms Instruction, coupled with his extensive Jiu-jitsu Instructor experience make him a tactical preparedness master.

After service to the United States of America, Al started his law enforcement career as a Federal Protective Security Officer. In his federal workforce career, he has been involved in over 500 real world operations.
Al gained extensive experience in undercover surveillance, tactical operations, fugitive recovery, crime investigations and worked many high profile cases with Federal Agencies from around the country.
With an abundance & desire to teach, after retirement in 2016, Al decided to pursue his lifelong dream of starting his own business, where he has been able to share the real-world experiences he’s gained through life and career.
Now, through Guardian Group 1775, Al prides himself as a professional training consultant to the department of defense, federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement agencies as well as the private sector, most notably consulted and trained the recording artist Khalid's personal security team.
